    Kate is so enthusiastic and inspirational. You cannot fail to be motivated by her. There was such a great variety in the feel good fortnight – something for everyone. Also the fact that you can catch up later or watch again is really useful. I certainly feel much better physically and mentally and feel equipped to continue on this journey. Thank you kate!

    It’s been a great 2 weeks on the Feel Good Fortnight. I’m eating so much healthier, with easy to follow meal plans, 20 minutes of exercise most days, which you can do anytime. I’ve even enjoyed getting up early to do them! I especially enjoyed the Saturday walk with Kate, it was like walking with a friend.
    I feel so much healthier and happier about my body, and I’ve lost an inch from my waist and a few pounds too!
    Kate is amazing, supportive, encouraging, very knowledgable and just a lovely lady
    I would highly recommend it to anyone, it’s certainly gave me back my mojo!!

    Thank you Kate for a fortnight of inspirational zoom sessions, easy to follow food plans, fun exercise routines, lots of support, encouragement and expertise from you, your specialists and all of the other fabulous ladies taking part. All in all a great experience that has helped me lose 1 inch from my waist and 4lbs in weight, kick starting my new healthier lifestyle coming out of lockdown. The walks with you in my ear were the best and I always return home energised and motivated. Highly recommend to anyone else!

    Kates Feel Good Fortnight has been a great boost for me. Never been a morning person but 20 min exercises first thing fairly helps set you up for the day. Lots of support & advice. Lost a couple inches & 4.5lbs. Would highly recommend to anyone. Will defo be joining Kates club from now on! Xx

    Thanks Kate for a fabulous Feel good Fortnight. I have Loved the the 7am workouts. You have been so motivational and making it very personal by replying to comments and questions.,even commenting about my cat during a zoom meeting 🐈. The zoom meetings have been really informative. Colins talks were great and I gained alot of information from your menopause talk. Definitely worth doing the fortnight. It has kickstarted me into better habits that work for me. Thankyou so much Kate x❤️🙏🌈 I can definitely recommend it

    13 weeks of furlough, two weeks of Feel Good Fortnight has been a great way to kick start my motivation and enthusiasm to start loving life again.
    The morning ‘Kate’s club’ exercises are a great way to start the day. Being really unfit appreciate being able to go at my own pace, and feeling the benefits. Waistline has shrunk by 1″ already.
    The various topics covered around health, fitness & wellbeing are really interesting and enjoyable.
    The openness of the group has been great and feels like a very safe space to share ideas and challenges.
    The fact I got to do this with a friend made it extra special!!
    Well done Kate, for yet another great event!!
    I loved “Lady Power” and this was equally as good. Hopefully you’ll run future refresher sessions ;o)

    It’s been a lovely two weeks! when I started I was in a state of mind where I didn’t know where I was mentally and not feeling great about myself . Kate is a great inspiration and motivator and funny too (including Lee). Such a variety of things going on with new ways to focus, learn and to feel good about yourself again. Being able to catch up later and review things again is really good. Kate is very knowledgable and supportive, walking alongside you was really encouraging which helped to built your confidence back up. I feel much calmer in myself. 20 minutes in the morning is a great time with 7 o’clock slot is spot on within a little online community. Thanks again Kate! Xx

    I have just finished my feel good fortnight and I’m feeling great having lost an inch around my waist and 4lbs in weight. I loved the walks it was great having someone in your ear chatting to you. And I love the exercise every day 20 minutes That you can do any time of the day you wish to. Love Kate she’s such a Motivated and inspiring lady 💪🥰

    Really enjoyed the FGF! Loved how the exercises, live chats etc all Can be watched back at a time that suits you. My favourite parts of the fortnight were the Eating plan/nutrition discussions with Lee, and the Saturday morning mindful walks. Both I will continue with. The 3 day sample plan really made me aware of what was going into my body and how flavoursome whole foods are.. I tried quite a few new things! Kate inspires you every day with her positivity and endless enthusiasm and introduces some super professionals for live motivation and mindfulness sessions. I think Feel Good Fortnight is the perfect ‘reset’ or ‘kick start’ for anyone stuck in a rut with routine/exercise/food.. a lovely community of ladies getting their oomph back in a friendly and supported group! 😊
