Please download the Food list and meal plans for reference – don’t get overwhelmed at this point as it all becomes very simple as I guide you through daily.

- Join the Facebook support group for this challenge JOIN HERE. Look at the announcements where you’ll find the get started videos and look in topics section of the group to find day 1 video. Then each day you will see the exercise videos and some extra tips along the way. Please remember to comment when you have done the exercise and tag me if you have any questions.
- I’m going to guide you through each of the 7 days of exercises with videos which I will email daily to you starting tomorrow.
